Individuals and legal entities operating in the maritime sector in Turkiye, including shipowners, ship operators, brokers, technical services, material and food suppliers, and shipyards, can become members by completing the registration form on “Shipnection”.

Providing accurate information and documents during registration will allow potential customers to reach you quickly and on the right subjects.

Your membership will be activated once the form reaches the “Shipnection” team and you have made the necessary payments. Our team may contact you as needed to verify the accuracy of the information you provided or to obtain any necessary documents.

Approved Member

Shortly after your membership process is completed, the “Shipnection” team will contact you. During this period, the information you provided and the documents you upload will be reviewed for accuracy and relevance to your declared line of business. This process is entirely designed to create a safe and accessible platform for our members and their potential customers. Members whose information and documents are verified as accurate and whose declared line of business is related to their declared line of business will now be referred to as "Approved Members" and will display the icon next to their name or title.

Certified Member

Members who are found to have incomplete information or whose declared line of business is unrelated to their declared line of business will not be eligible for "Approved Member" status.

This will create the realistic and transparent platform we desire. While undesirable, the existence of individuals or companies who claim to perform work they don't actually perform, earning commissions by acting as intermediaries without any effort or financial expenditure, cannot be ignored.

At this point, as "Shipnection", we connect customers with the right suppliers and create a fast and reliable business environment. This way, customers will have no doubt that they're contacting the right company directly, without any intermediaries, for the service or product they're looking for. Our member company will feel the satisfaction of bringing its presence to the world on a platform where their rights are protected and their work is respected.

Members who earn “Approved Member” status will be visited by “Shipnection” at their headquarters or branch offices within one year. During these visits, they will be personally observed for their service or product line, the number of employees, vehicles, and warehouse status, based on the information they declared during their membership, and some verifications will be conducted in a friendly environment. Following this visit, members whose information provided during membership is verified as accurate will be referred to as "Certified Members" and will be marked with the symbol next to their name or title.
